MovilCoop is a service designed to provide Cooperative members with secure and convenient access to their accounts via mobile devices. To begin using this service, users need to download the application and log in using their Home Banking credentials. Those not enrolled in Home Banking must register prior to accessing MovilCoop.

The functionalities offered by MovilCoop include:

• Account balances and detailed information for all accounts
• Loan balances and detailed information for all loans
• Balance and details for all certificates
• Historical information for all accounts and loans
• Credit card balances and detailed information
• Information regarding debit cards
• Transfers between personal accounts
• Transfers to other pre-configured accounts
• Loan payments
• Merchant bill payments
• Credit card payments
• Historical information on merchant bill payments
• Information regarding checks with payment suspension
• Details of Cooperative branches and ATMs
• Assistance in locating the most convenient branch

As with the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions through MovilCoop are updated in real-time. For added peace of mind, MovilCoop transactions take place within a secure environment (SSL) supported by 128-bit encryption. This ensures that all data presented and transmitted undergoes encryption algorithms before exchange, safeguarding sensitive information.
